Class a office space has reached new heights
On behalf of Morgan Stanley, Anchor Line Partners spearheaded the redevelopment of One Post Office Square. Originally developed in the early 1980’s, ALP undertook a $500M+ total redevelopment and expansion of the 42-story office building in the heart of Boston’s central business district. In collaboration with Gensler as the lead architect and JMA as the General Contractor, ALP transformed an aging 850,000 square foot tower into a 1.1 million square foot modernized office tower that has been repositioned as a premier tower in the Boston market.
The project included a complete replacement of the exterior façade and upgrades to all mechanical systems throughout the building, while tenants were still in occupancy. The transformation features floor-to-ceiling glass, public facing retail, an array of elevated amenities and seven separate outdoor terraces providing striking views across the city.
