Anchor Line Partners acquired 90 Braintree Street in Allston, Massachusetts in 2022. The 30,000 square foot site was improved with a single-story office/training facility. Upon acquisition, ALP worked in conjunction with RODE Architects to design a 6-story multi-family development that contained 111 units. ALP successfully obtained a special permit and zoning relief in order to secure approvals from the Boston Public Development Authority. ALP subsequently sold the site to a private developer in 2025.
