Anchor Line Partners acquired two adjacent sites in Allston, Massachusetts in November 2019. The site was improved with a dilapidated autobody repair shop and vacant retail space, along with an adjacent site that operated as a tow-yard. In conjunction with Perkins & Will as its architect, ALP pursued approvals for a special permit from the City of Boston for a 156-unit multi-family development. As proposed, the two adjacent buildings would consist of a 5-story and 6-story building containing 164,000 square feet. Upon securing the zoning variance and approvals from the Boston Public Development Authority, ALP sold the site to EQT/Exeter in 2022.
