Today, Peter oversees leasing on approximately 4.2 million SF spread over several types of assets including life science lab, office, R+D flex and GMP. He works in constant communication with his ALP team members to deliver results.
Peter also works closely with ALP financial partners on all transactions and relies on his strong relationships with the Boston brokerage community to deliver results for all parties in the transaction.
Residing on the southern coast of Maine with his golden retriever Max. Peter loves to cook, bake and entertain friends and family.
