Pat Johnson
Project Manager

Before joining Anchor Line Partners in 2022, Pat Johnson spent the first nine years of his career as a construction manager in the Greater Boston area. During this time, he delivered a wide range of complex projects across the life sciences, healthcare, higher education, and corporate office sectors.

At Anchor Line Partners, Pat manages a diverse portfolio of ground-up developments, base building conversions, and tenant improvement projects throughout Cambridge, Waltham, and Bedford. He works closely with internal development teams, consultants, and contractors to drive efficient decision-making, maintain schedule and cost control, manage execution risk, and support leasing efforts.

Pat is a graduate of Fitchburg State University with a BA in Construction Management. He and his wife, Micaela, live on the South Shore with their daughter Maeve.
