Since joining Anchor Line Partners at its inception, Kristi has been the driving force behind the firm’s strength and stability. No matter the challenge, she approaches every task with energy, commitment, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Kristi’s role spans virtually every aspect of the business. She oversees the firm’s daily operations while managing client relationships and agreements, directing project management initiatives, leading finance and budgeting efforts, and guiding marketing and leasing strategies. Her responsibilities also extend to event planning and the firm’s charitable initiatives, reflecting both her versatility and her dedication to Anchor Line Partners’ broader impact.

Throughout her career, Kristi has built a reputation for cultivating strong, lasting relationships with clients and the real estate community at large. She joined Anchor Line Partners with an impressive background in commercial real estate, including eight years as a Leasing Market Manager with Equity Office, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group. In that role, she oversaw budgeting and led marketing and brand quality control initiatives for the leasing department, further strengthening her expertise in operational and strategic leadership.

Born and raised in Boston, Kristi now lives in Lynnfield with her family, where she remains deeply connected to the community, she has always called home and proudly maintains her roots in the region she has long served both personally and professionally. In her free time, she enjoys soaking up the sun on Nantucket’s beaches, sharpening her aim at pistol league, and spending time with her dog—embracing both relaxation and a little friendly competition.
