DeAnna Murphy
Executive Director of Asset Management

As the Executive Director of Asset Management, DeAnna oversees property management and strategic asset planning at Anchor Line Partners. She is often the connecting thread between leasing, construction, tenant and ownership from initial lease negotiation through construction, occupancy and long term tenancy. During a real estate career that began in 2001, DeAnna has become an expert in guiding properties through major transitions and building teams to promote their long-term success.

DeAnna, who joined Anchor Line Partners when we purchased our first property in 2014, works across multiple portfolios to execute the development direction for each asset. She describes one of her favorite parts of the job as the “itions,” managing acquisition, reposition and disposition of assets.
From 2001-2014 DeAnna worked on a variety of assets in Boston, Cambridge and Bedford with CBRE and Equity Office.

A South Carolina native, she now resides in Woburn, MA with her Husband Dan and two boys. Spending her free time enjoying the beach, boating, golf and pickleball, and time between South Carolina and MA.
